    Annual salary is negotiable depending on experience with a potential range of $200,000-$240,000. This is dependent on hours worked and productivity. -Quality incentives and bonuses allow providers to achieve compensation beyond annual salary-Profit sharing incentive

    Job Description:
    -Provide quality care with the number of patients seen per day of 18-20, offering telehealth to our distanced community, mitigating high no-now show rates or reschedules -You will play a critical role within our community, providing not only primary care services but also preventive care. -With our given population, you will witness growth within our community and limit complex cases from advancing, keeping our community healthy and limiting their need for emergency or hospital-based resources
    Qualifications:
    -All FM providers must be able to see patients within the full lifespan (birth to adult)-BE/BC-State licensed

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
